For Revizto's Made Right Conference 2026 in San Diego, I owned all main stage programming end to end — from defining topics and panel discussions to selecting speakers and writing keynotes for Revizto’s CEO, Arman Gukaysan, and Chief Product Officer, Marc Schütz.

I coached every speaker on narrative structure and core messaging, and ran rehearsals to ensure confident, compelling delivery. I was athe driving force behind debuting Revizto's AI principles and MCP prototype in the CPO keynote.

What came together on stage reflected exactly what I'd hoped to draw out: technically rigorous people from the leading AECO firms tackling some of the world's most complex construction projects & asset management challenges with clarity, confidence, and real things to say.
